Because he brings pageviews with his pure and utter bollocks, and that's more important than keeping a board wankham-free, because views = ad revenue for board owners. Why would they ban someone who brings so little in actual webmaster value and cut off the thousands and thousands of posts/threads/views he has generated, that makes advertisers go 'oooh, pageviews!'?
