I am a bit of a tablet junkie.
I have the 7" Samsung Galaxy Tab (1st edition) and an iPad 2. I enjoy them both for different reasons.
The 7" tab allows me to slide it into a coat pocket and take it with me wherever I go. The Android OS with all its customizations is a joy to use. I just pop my blackberry's sim card in and I can make phone calls or surf the web on my existing data plan. 7" is great as an ereader and to play movies on while I work.

I plan on replacing it with the new slimmer and sleeker Samsung Galaxy 7.0 Plus when it comes out in a few weeks.
The iPad2 's large screen is great for couch surfing, iOS 5 is smooth as a fresh-shaved vagina and the App store selection kicks ass.
Best of both worlds.
P.S. I actually bought a Blackberry Playbook a few days ago because of the recent $300 price drop but I returned it after one day. It was fine the first day but then the battery simply wouldn't recharge no matter how long I had it plugged in. The Playbook's OS had some obvious glitches. RIMM really screwed themselves releasing a half-baked tablet.
