I used to smoke marijuana for years but stopped primarily because I developed a chronic cough from smoking (I have never smoked tobacco, only cannabis).
For nearly ten years I did not consume marijuana. However, in the past few years I have been beset with a number of health issues, which includes chronic pain symptoms, and since I have an aversion to pharmaceutical pain medicines, I decided to give cannabis another try.
This time though, I have tried to limit myself to using a vaporizer and consuming edibles, instead of smoking. I'm happy to report that not only did I start feeling better, but as of last February, I stopped drinking alcohol, and since that time, my weight has dropped 70+ pounds, my systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings have decreased dramatically, and I am feeling healthier overall than I have for the past few years (cannabis is not curing my health issues, but I feel better nonetheless).
I strongly recommend that anyone whom consumes marijuana on a regular basis, seriously consider vaporizing or edibles as alternatives to smoking marijuana.
Legalize marijuana...
