When I quit cold turkey I had one relaps on day 3 where I dug someones butt out of an ashtray in the hall in the apt complex. But then I made it from then on.
I think i was also smoking herbals then so as I say, that helped go cold turkey on the Winston Lights
$10 a carton (10 packs) when I quit in about 1981.
