It's up to them who they do business with or chose not to. Good luck with any legal action.

Manwin have shown you clearly how fragile your TLD is. Without porn sites taking up this domain it will just result in a lot of blank pages on type ins. That's people looking for a specific site and putting in the .xxx extension.

Search engines can't list sites that don't exist and won't give the ones that do have the extension good rankings unless a lot of other sites link to their .xxx domain.

If the porn on these sites is the crap end of the business, the surfers will see that. If the Tubes and free sites can't find people to business with, they won't use the TLD.

To survive a coupe f years you have to get porn onto .xxx extensions. Or it dies a death. Unless you can get Governments to pass laws banning porn on nothing but .xxx. With the prospect of ISPs and mobiles carriers offering "a child friendly environment" there's a strong likely hood .xxx will get an auto ban from these service providers. Sticking another harpoon into the floundering whale.

Forget about 3rd world countries banning .xxx. The amount of money coming from them is miniscule. Worry about major ISPs and mobile phone carriers banning anything on a .xxx.

Get your CV up to date.
