Not the shooting of it, that would be illegal in most places. Censorship reduces the publication of it and therefore the profits it will generate. Not a 100% solution, yet it's there.

I with Adam on this one .xxx is too easy to block at the ISP level for it to flourish. It's designed 100% for porn sites. Therefore blocking it at the base level offers an excellent option to offer clients. An opt in clause would be offered by "family friendly" ISPs.
Fletch if possible should ISPs block child porn? "Censoring" the sites.
