I think it is for many here.
This guy is getting out there and hustling. Good for him if he's doing it without intimidation and paying his taxes. Better than drawing benefits. All power to him.
Begging on the other hand should be stamped out hard. Recent documentary on Roma Gypsies begging in the UK and it exposed them by showing their mansions back home. It featured Rumanian gypsies.
