Besides Juicyads .. .what else are really good these days?

JuicyAds really is becoming less reliable to us .. some sites there have malwares and recently stat on clicks was not reliable.. quite disappointed.

adengage is nothing like it was
blacklabel isn't that great ....

any suggestions GFY people?
