Godaddy will host adult stuff on paid hosting, not on the free hsoting included when you buy a domain. As long as you pay, you're ok.
But you should be with a host who is more openly ok with adult, for example Amerinoc.com, they have never let me down and there's no real price difference to talk of. Pick quality over marketing!
