I had a 2TB plan with them once, went over it, they wanted to charge me double for the overage traffic, invoiced me and charged my credit card without even asking me. I had to threaten them with a charge back to get my payment back and moved to another hosting provider.

I kept calling them "CreditCardGator", they didn't appreciate that at all
