This blog network launched this around May this year and all of the sites that were built earlier have attained PR 1. Some of the blogs had the domain named registered for up to a year, but they were not yet developed. Of the sites that are hard to find on Google, most are less than a month old. Of the sites that do not have PR 1, most likely will by the next update, especially because as the network continues to grow, the strength of each site within increases accordingly.
