I'll tell you Jean, the last 2 months have been NOTHING but marathon days and nights getting all this together and up and running, it's a bitch (and a 'blessing') being the cheif waiter and dishwasher!
Even the days I "took off" only meant I worked 10 hours instead of 16 lol.
But everything is up, tested and running now, so now I can relax a BIT soon.
