Tempest, i have a few questions for you. Can you please just answer them without all the blah. Just give me a simple, straight to the point answer. Here we go:

1: Is 20 dollars per hour just screaming "screw me over"?
2: How much WOULD you pay per hour to gruntworkers.
3: Is there any guarantee that someone who gets paid a 1000 dollars is less likely to screw you over than someone who gets paid 300 dollars (20+ dollars an hour).

Now please stop with the if this and if that and assuming this and assuming that...just answer the questions man. It really isn't that hard.
