I'm no Stern fan and don't think he has been funny in over a decade, but he has zero input on what commercials are run on his station. Mel Karmazin will take money from anyone and run their ads on Stern, Opie and Anthony, Ron and Fez, etc. SiriusXM's stock is for shit and the company is bleeding cash, so they will take ads from every scam artist on the planet. They used to run ads for Penny Stock Chaser before the whole company was indicted for pump and dump scams, and they take generic Viagra ads, gold investment scam ads, etc.
