ICM Registry are, by precise definition, extorting trademark owners and rights holders by reserving trademarks as premium domains.
They may have checked against US trademarks but I can tell you for an absolute fact that they haven't against Australian trademarks. They have also forgotten about a very important aspect of trademark law in the UK and Australia, presumably some other Commonwealth countries, that being the "common law" trademark.
We own a trademark, ICM Registry has reserved it and I will have great pleasure in taking ICM Registry to task once they issue the domain matching this mark to a third party.
