With all due respect, we've emailed ICM Registry and the response was far from satisfactory.
Unless you think you can do more than
[email protected] then I don't see much point in emailing you.
(Edit: In one response from ICM Registry legal we were advised to contact
[email protected] about securing premium domains. Huge mistake on the part of ICM Registry as we are able to establish a clear attempt by ICM Registry to extort us for securing the domain)
I have solid legal advice in the form of a written opinion from a QC engaged by our lawyers Mallesons Stephen Jaques. They're very experienced in this area as a little research by you will reveal.
Unfortunately we have no grounds for proceeding unless ICM Registry issues the domain to a third party, however this suits us just fine. It is not causing us harm while it's not being used.
However, the moment this domain is released you can expect us to act swiftly. I am told that the punitive damages (compensation) we will be entitled to seek are considerable.
The registrant of the domain will be subject to immediate UDRP using the standard process.
