SwirlsGirl,

Clearly you think you are upset because you think you have been burned by some billing provider but I bet that if the facts were shown, what probably happened to you was your account became too high of a risk for the processor to continue to bill for you.

How do I know you're upset? You refer to everyone in that list as "honest and sincere" when you don't actually know any of them. You use words like "literally raped, pillaged and plundered" when all they did was suspend processing and withhold funds under the agreements they signed. You also suggest that billers who participate in the GFY forum should not be trusted when NONE of the billers on GFY are even mentioned in your list as far as I saw.

For whatever reason you are looking for some kind of support from others whom you think may have been actually burned instead of spending time trying to fix the problem.

I read the first 7 of those "testimonies" you posted. While I am sure each of them are very upset, almost none of them present any real facts or present both sides of the story.

"Testimony" #6 is particularly useless. It doesn't matter how old he is, or that he's a senior citizen. He is bitching about judicial system which tells me maybe he tried to take some IPSP to court and had it thrown out. He babbles on about not having a job, bad housing market, etc. ZZZZzz. None of that stuff is relevant.

Here are some facts you need to understand.

- Billing processors take a RISK processing your sales. You need understand this fact and work with your billing processor to keep that risk down. Keeping their risk down makes them happy and comfortable. Fuck around with the rules or push the limits and they will start getting nervous.

- They are extending a certain amount of trust to you up front but if they think this trust has been breached, they will stop processing for you and seize your account.

The amount of risk they take and the terms that they extend (and cut) the trust to you is very clearly laid out in the terms of service, THAT YOU AGREE TO, when you sign on.

Yes it sucks your processor stopped working with you. My advice to you is to stop crying about it already, learn from your mistakes, and make sure you do better next time.
