What do the domains come up as now? Are they registered by an individual or are they now reserved by ICM? If you were awarded the domains and then some other individual was awarded them instead, perhaps I can see that this is an error on the part of the registrar. I shouldn't even go that far, I don't have the details, but it just seems a little more understandable if it occurred in that way.
But, if the domains you were awarded were taken and then reserved by ICM, completely different story, in my opinion.
