A variation on a common phrase though: "Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't screwing you."
I think she was watching the numbers tank and getting very paranoid and suspicious. Not to mention frustrated. I can't say that I blame her. I've seen the same thing and I think many of us have. We only have different ways of handling it and compensating. I can tell you though that I'd do business with her before MANY other people in this industry.
