ICM Registry has already lied in the past and they have already changed the rules for their own profit. First they said defensive pre-orders would not be used as an endorsement. Later they changed their mind and used the defensive pre-orders as proof of support. What is stopping a company that has already lied in the past from doing the same thing again? What is stopping ICM Registry from changing the rules once again? What is stopping them from forcing their own payment system onto .xxx domain owners? I am sure they will come up with a nice excuse such as "our payment system is better at protecting the children".
