The man solved his problem - the idiotic way - the problem is that they caught him on camera, but no one busted him for hitting the car /although there is no harm done to the car on the back (i guess)/, so the only thing he can be billed is for him to be idiot, and if that was punishable - then the land would be a very very lonely place.
