what do u mean you by "Forget facebook ads unless you have thousands to burn through for kicks."
Facebook ads are pay per click and you can set your daily spending limit so why would i need to burn through thousands of dollars to test an ad?
let's say i have a restaurant in Chicago - how much would I pay per click if i bought ads on Facebook?
