I've refrained from posting any Sandusky related news articles since not a whole lot has gone on, other than Sandusky waiving his preliminary hearing. But this is just too fucking funny to go without a post.
His defense lawyer has added a second attorney to the team, and that attorney did an interview with our local abc27News today in which he tried to give logical explantions to some of the claims in the grand jury indictment:

Jerry Sandusky's new lawyer claims that Sandusky may have just been teaching kids how to shower in the Penn State football locker room, and not sexually assaulting them.
In an interview with abc27 news, new Sandusky lawyer Karl Rominger - who was added to attorney Joe Amendola's defense team - floated the theory while insisting that numerous allegations in the grand jury report could actually have other, innocent, explanations.
"People who work with troubled youth will tell you that there are a lot of juvenile delinquents or people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills like how to put soap on their body," Rominger said.
Rominger also told abc27 that the Sandusky prosecution is "not a fair fight" because Jerry Sandusky doesn't come across as articulate. A guilty person who is articulate might sound innocent, Rominger said, but that doesn't make them innocent.

Not that any of this should be a laughing matter, but that excuse, coupled with the logic that people are assuming Sandusky is guilty because he can't properly articulate a sentence, is some of the funniest shit I've heard.
