Yeah we see lots of black bears. I wear bells and carry pepper spray and that has worked so far. But a guy was killed by a mountain goat this year so there are various animals to worry about. BTW, I do not enjoy shooting animals one bit.
With the right load a 10mm is about as powerful as a 41 magnum. Only difference is you get 15 shots with a 10 mm
