SOPA really only effects service providers, its a system built to create a DNS blacklisting service with in the US. I.E Verizon, Road Runner, Comcast etc. Pretty simple to get around it. It has nothing to do with hosting companies disabling the content, it only deals with DNS service.
Frankly its a win for nothing and is easy to over come. This isn't going to impact anything.
