Cancer is a complex issue. Most people can not even begin to wrap their heads around the science of why people get cancer. It seems that many people who are incapable of doing the research on real peer reviewed science websites will turn to places like youtube.

Youtube is full of conspiracy nuts and bs videos that usually contain very little real science.
