I used to have Virtual with them (webair), loved it.
Then I purchased a Dedicated, it worked well too, but was too much for my needs.
When I decided to downgrade back to Virtual, they gave me hell of shit, talking surcharge this and that.. this was after a year of not using the Dedicated.
I wanted to cancel, and it was a huge ordeal. They insisted that instead of cancelling they would downsize this and charge me less blah blah.
In the end, I had to change cards to prevent the charges. All for the cost of doing business with them.
I just want to add, that Gerard was super nice and really helpful. The tech guys were mean as shit, and the customer rep's took forever.. I had sites down for 3 days.
