I sell photography instructional ebooks & video tutorial videos all the time using Paypal and as of yet, have never had an issue with them. I market this stuff as educational material so maybe that's the reason. My ebooks & tutorial videos do contain nudity but they've never frozen my account or inquired.
My advice is to market it and package it as educational material and give it a shot
