I had some accumulated cevault points in my cecash account and tried to cash them in the other day and got the following email:

Now I have no problem with CE/Fantasyman running things as they see fit, especially their points program. But their own terms do not outline any such requirements (
http://www.coolwebstats.com/points_terms.html ) and it seems they are attempting to leverage the points I have acquired to get me to continue promoting their programs (which I plan on doing in any case, CECash is a quality program).
For what it's worth, I have redeemed points with CECash in the past with no problems, but now it seems they want to make up new rules as we go
