Trump would still have to get on the ballot, that kind of stuff takes prior preparation, you cant just do it at the last minute. The only 3rd party that is on all 50 state ballots is the Libertarian Party who want Ron Paul so Trumps threats are just more hot air from a windbag looking for free publicity for his dumb TV show, nothing more.
