Not true at all.
The training manual very specifically states that affiliates are NOT allowed to use "scare tactics". It goes on to talk about why "fear based marketing" is a bad idea and some more reasons it is not allowed.
That is why we're not allowed to use the pictures (or any of the information about) the two who went missing and were recovered through the help of the program. Not allowed to use those cases for any type of marketing or give out any information about the cases.
No fear based marketing, just the truth.
You can call it "making money scaring people" but the program has protected over 1,000,000 children and only two went missing in any way and the program brought them both back safely.
Reducing the chance of your child going missing through educating yourself and your children about how chomos and predators operate would be worth ten times the price if it only reduced the chances 10%. Period. Any damn thing you can possibly do to protect your kids in todays world is damn well worth it. Period.
