We usually pay a revshare of the client bill as long as the client stays with us. This includes future upgrades that this clients may require. For example, when you refer that client he only uses one server, then he goes to 10 servers... you will be getting share of all that this client pays.
Also if you have lots of small clients we could work on some schema that guarantees you a good payment.
