we have spoken with both chilling effects and google about this matter and both have acknowledged that our company did not submit that DMCA letter, that someone using another IP address in another state is the culprit. and those links in question are being reversed for us.

we know who this person is and they are upset that a few of our clients left them to sign with us.

we do not have our own clients deleted from google

we are a professional company that is very good at what we do, and our sole purpose is to help do our part to rid the net of piracy that's all.
-
unlike the other company we do not air our dirty laundry.

do you have an adult company? if so give us a try, we will prove to you that we only delete your files from the tubes, porn forums, torrents & rouge blogs that are out there and we never just delete anything we always check with our clients before we send off a dmca letter.
-
we have 122 clients that are very pleased with our work for them.

Wow. Are you suing? It's highly illegal for someone to submit a false DMCA takedown request let alone also under fake credentials. It's got to be a federal crime doing this across state lines. Possibly years in prison.
