If possible, you should get with your old designer (if it wasnt you) and ask for the file or for him to make the changes. I dont know how skilled you are in photoshop so forgive me if I talk to you like you are a newb, or if i make things too complicated.

If you cant find or can't get the file from someone, but you have the graphics in your machine you should open all of the individual graphics in photoshop. Make a new file that is large enough to Start placing all the graphics for your layout together on the new canvas like a puzzle. They will each appear in your new canvas in their own layers. Make sure not to close out the individual graphics once you bring them into your new canvas.

Once you piece everything together (no gaps) create a new layer. hold down ctrl and alt, then click and hold the dropdown panel in the layers window. select merge visible. That will duplicate all of your graphics in said layer.

make your changes color wise to this new layer with hue and saturation or w/e you like to do. You will be limited in what you can do since you dont have the original psd. once the color looks good, control click one of your slices under that main layer you just modified. drag and drop that into that slices original window and resave the original graphic.

Fuck, that came out a lot more complicated than it sounded in my head. It isnt too bad if you know what you are doing, but if you don't, you could screw up and waste a lot of time.

Again, if you don't know photoshop too well, you may want to try and contact the original guy.

Best of luck.
