I'm wondering the same thing... So far, most of my efforts haven't reaped a lot of results.. Invested $75 so far, about $15 left in my account and 1 signup @ $30 return...
The first site I tried converted at about 1:650 - worse than my TGP traffic results for that site.. pretty fucking incredible for a PPC
