I seem to remember tumeric is pretty good smelling stuff but without going over and see if I have some, I cant place it.
"Poultry Seasoning" isnt really all that good on poultry it turns out.
Garlic and salt is.
Actually marinading it in garlic salt for a few hours they say is best but yeah, you can not add enuff garlic or salt to poultry.
