This would be a much better thread of people didn't distort things. EukerVoorn, just because illegal content appears on a server doesn't automatically mean that the biller SUPPORTS that content. If illegal shit appeared on yours thanks to an idiot end user who didn't know better, what would you say to CCBill if they cut you off?
If its your POLICY to do the right then, then the biller (Paypal, ccbill, whoever) trusts you to follow your policy UNTIL they receive complaints of illegal content and refuse to remove.
When illegal content is found the thing to do is to DMCA the host. If they don't respond quickly enough for you, you DMCA their upstream provider. We have done this many times and succeeded every single time.
