Mark, everybody knows what the purpose of file lockers is, even PayPal knows that. You tell me how much content on filesonic.com you think really is "user generated" or legal. I bet it's less than 1%.
If we would be talking about something like youtube and some idiot uploads child pornography on there, then it's a totally different thing, then Youtube and their biller would not be responsible. But when billers chose to work with filelockers which are setup for the purpose of exchanging stuff that can't be exchanged elsewhere, and for exchanging stolen content, then they are responsible, simple.
Also I'm not saying that PayPal supports child pornography, that's your words, don't put your words in my mouth please.
