3 pieces of ID is pretty fucked up.

I can see asking for a driver's license if you were fucked over before, but you should have made that clear to him before any work began. Can't really ask for it later and then say we are not paying you without it.

edit: Plus I see to add insult to injury you ratted him out to paypal at the end of that other thread. Pretty dirty if you ask me.
