2-3 times a day to masturbate is nothing. It's too low actually - for a single guy. It would be strange though if you do that while you're in a :
1. kindergartens,
2. baby malls,
3. public toilet rooms - while everybody are waiting for you to free the toilet seat and you're jerking in open door.
4. infront of someone's door, while waiting for someone/anyone to show up and then to "spread" the seed all over around ( like Abraham or other ancient Bible dude)
5. in Shops (like Walmart) - next to the exotic fruits with an innocent expression of your face.
6. In park - sitting next to old granny in a wheel chair, while police guys are passing by.
Actually there are several things that should be considered as worrisome. 1-6 sound worrisome to me. So 2-3 times a day is okay.
