Average Joes with popular starlets is sometimes tough because the guys are starstruck and get performance anxiety. Not everyone can function like the robots that male pornstars tend to be that couldn't give a shit about anyone in the room, the girls they are working with, the camera person, etc.
Still the trick is to make them comfortable, give everyone a chance to build some sort of attraction rather than the way most pro shoots go where it is simply - you fuck this one you fuck that one - ok- action!
