That does not work @ western union, we use it every week. We have tried to send personal messages also to affiliates like ( keep up the good work ) it does not work. Security questions do not work also. You can write it down but they do not have a space to enter it in their computer for YOU to get it printed out on your receipt which contains the amount you received or the MTCN for me to give to you.
