So assume you get caught trying this. your best case scenario is that they just don't give you the second iPad, you play dumb and you leave without any further trouble. The worst case is that they catch you either at the store or later on. If it is later on the they track you down and press charges. I don't know where you live, but if it is in the US that could be a pretty serious charge. You likely aren't going to go to jail for it, but you could become a convicted felon. So is having an extra iPad worth that risk?
