Love chrome but if that shit kept on it was going

I keep my taskbar on the left side, auto hide.. when windows are maximized I go over there and it comes up
Well chrome wouldn't let it - I ever tried with chrome not maximized .. hell I could not even grab inactive windows behind it !!
