Foots that is some really good advice. On the fetish side of things I have used C4S for a very long time, I remember the wild wild west days with them when you could put anything you wanted up, list the clips for any price you so choose to do (even though it would try to set it based on the amount of minutes). I did it almost the way you described. I didn't buy the bulk content I just shot some fetish short scenes while I had a talent in for some HC footage. From there I created a website so my highest selling content, then created my own clip store. The only thing I would add is if you plan to shoot your own content you should know/understand the fetish you are shooting. The fetish community in particular know what they want, how they want it and they are collectors of the work. They will buy from you every single time you put something new up. I agree that you should stay away from the saturated stuff be unique with your content.
