Ok this is a small clip from the movie "Two For The Money" starring Al Pacino, Renee Russo Matthew McConaughey in 2005. I am pretty sure that Charlie Sheen got his trademarked "WINNING" catch phrase from. This movie is awesome BTW, pure cinematic art. Please buy the dvd, watch it and love it. This clip shows a tone that makes me believe Charlie Sheen would use it.
