One of which was a free management upgrade (typically not offered on some of those plans). Once they were clear on which plan, and promotion you were wanting. The issue was resolved.

Additionally, bumping different sales threads will not speed up your support issue. I do not handle the support side of the equation. If you want updates or direct communication with those who are working on your issue. You would need to use the support ticket system. They would update you accordingly in regards to progress.
