I never have, nor have any interest in ever screen capping or capturing cam girls/boys in public or private shows, but it's an interesting discussion. If I were to broadcast my webcam over the internet on a public and open channel, would there be any legal recourse if screen captures, either video or picture, were posted on websites? Would I even have a valid copyright claim to DMCA the site that they were posted at?
