I think the general rule should be that skin is not perfectly smooth -- if you're going to do Photoshop on her skin I strongly recommend doing your damage -- then fade back the retouch to a low % change of the original -- so you can see the original texture of her skin showing through...
Who do you think you're fooling freehanding the blur tool and rubber stamp -- deformed models looks like shit...
