Wienerschnitzel. It's a "chilli cheese dog" fast food restaurant popular in California.
When I first moved to California, it was my first job here. I ended up becoming the store manager, and became very close friends with the owner. I worked for there for seven years. Half way through I worked for the phone company, working a split shift, and being as I had afternoons off I worked part time during the lunch rush.
In fact, that's how I met my wife. She came in, we flirted, she wrote down her number in red lip stick on Star Trek stationary (no kidding), and a few days later on Valentine's Day we had our first date. She thought I was a fast food employee when I was really climbing up the ladder at the phone company making decent money for a 23 year old.
To this day Wienerschnitzel is a special treat for us. There's a few by us, and every time we go we are reminded about how one moment can change the rest of your life.
